Conclusion Report on HAU Kisan Mela Kharif 2025: Arboint International Participation

Event Overview: The HAU Kisan Mela, held at the Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana
Agricultural University (CCSHAU), on March 17-18 witnessed significant participation from
farmers, agricultural experts, and industry leaders. Arboint International participated in this
prestigious event with a primary focus on educating and encouraging farmers about the
advanced agricultural technologies they offer, including Microencapsulation Technology
(MET), Integrated Crop Management (ICM), and the promotion of micro and macro nutrients
for better crop health and productivity.

Arboint International’s Contribution: Arboint International’s participation at the HAU
Kisan Mela was a success, engaging more than 1500 farmers who visited their stall
throughout the event. The stall featured live demonstrations that showcased the effectiveness
of Arboint’s technologies in real-world agricultural settings. These live demos highlighted the
remarkable difference between untreated and treated plants, with clear visual evidence of
how Arboint’s innovative solutions improved plant health, growth, and yield.

Key Technologies Promoted:

1. Microencapsulation Technology (MET): Arboint International focused on
demonstrating how MET can enhance the efficiency of fertilizers and pesticides. By
encapsulating active ingredients, MET ensures slow release and targeted delivery,
minimizing waste and maximizing plant absorption. The farmers were shown how
MET contributes to improved crop yields, reduced environmental impact, and
increased cost-effectiveness in farming practices.

2. Integrated Crop Management (ICM): The concept of ICM was at the heart of
Arboint’s demonstrations, emphasizing a holistic approach to managing crops.
Farmers were educated about the importance of combining soil management, water
conservation, pest control, and nutrient management to achieve sustainable farming.
Arboint’s experts explained how ICM techniques, when paired with Arboint’s
technologies, lead to healthier crops and more resilient farming systems.

3. Micro and Macro Nutrient Promotion: A major focus of Arboint’s stall was the
promotion of balanced nutrition for plants through the use of both micro and macro
nutrients. The company demonstrated how using the right combination of nutrients
significantly enhances soil fertility and plant growth. By using Arboint’s nutrient
products, farmers can ensure that their crops receive optimal nutrition for better health
and higher yield.

4. Solution for Orobanche Control – Growshakti Product: One of the standout
features of Arboint’s stall was the demonstration of their solution for managing
Orobanche (commonly known as broomrape/Rukhari /Margoza) using the
Growshakti product. Orobanche is a serious parasitic weed that affects various crops,
leading to significant yield losses. Farmers were introduced to Growshakti use along
with Glyphosate to prevent the ill effects of Glyphosate and to increase the plant
photosynthesis and reproductive activities .

Engaging Activities and Farmer Interaction: Throughout the event, Arboint International
created an enthusiastic and engaging atmosphere at their stall. Farmers were not only able to
witness live demonstrations of the technologies but were also encouraged to participate in
hands-on activities that showcased the practical benefits of MET, ICM, and nutrient
management. Interactive discussions and workshops enabled farmers to ask questions, share
their experiences, and gain deeper insights into how these technologies could be implemented
in their own fields.
The enthusiasm generated by the stall was palpable, as farmers showed keen interest in
adopting these innovative solutions to improve their crop management practices. Arboint’s
team of experts was on hand to offer personalized advice and support, guiding the farmers on
how to integrate these technologies into their farming operations for optimal results.

Conclusion: Arboint International’s participation at the HAU Kisan Mela was a resounding
success, with over 1500 farmers engaged and educated on cutting-edge agricultural
technologies. The live demonstrations, practical advice, and interactive sessions not only
showcased the effectiveness of Microencapsulation Technology, Integrated Crop
Management, and nutrient promotion but also fostered enthusiasm among the farming
community to adopt these advanced solutions for better crop productivity and sustainable
agriculture. Arboint’s presence at the event highlighted its commitment to empowering
farmers with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in modern agriculture.
